Pulled DTC's P0300 Engine Misfire Detected – Reference PID Data, Cyl# 1, 3, 4 & 5 Show History Misfire Counts- Audible Exhaust Leaks From 3 & 5 Out Of Plugs – Plugs Severely Rotted & Blowing Out Of Head – Attempted To Remove Plugs For Inspection – Plug Broke Inside Head – Performed Plug Extraction & Advised Customer Of Findings – OK'd To Continue – Removed Cyl 1, 3, & 5 Plugs, All Broke, Extracted & Replaced 1, 3, & 5 Plugs & Wires Vehicle Requires Remaining Plugs To Be Replaced, Advised They Are Extremely High Risk Of Causing Engine / Head Damage During Removal – Will Re Schedule For Rear Plugs / Wires Test Drove Vehicle & Monitored Misfire Data After Front Bank Replacement – Still Showing Misfire Data, – Attempted To Remove Coils For Testing & Inspection, Bolts Too Rotted To Remove – Advise Replacing 3 Coils, Interface Module, & Hardware To Continue Misfire Diagnostic
