- Noted Check Engine Light Illuminated – Noted Battery Light Illuminated Upon Starting – Noted No Oil On Engine Dip Stick When Checking Performed Testing & Inspection – Found Alternator Bolts Snapped Off At Left Hand Cylinder Head Causing Alternator To Fall Into Engne Bay & Belt To Dislodge – Will Require Radiator & Front Clip Removal For Access To Drill Out Broken Hardware – Advise Replacing Hardware, Alternator & Belt After Bolt Extraction – Found Front Valve Cover Heavily Leaking – Advise Replacing Front (Left) Valve Cover Assembly Noted Multiple Loose Brackets, Bolts, Misc Hardware, Valve Cover Bolts
- RADIATOR – Remove & Replace – Gas Engine – [Includes: R&I Front Cover Assembly. DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and recharge.]
- Remove Front Clip – Bumper, Condenser, Fans, Wiring Harness, Front Support Brace – Once Front End Removed Access Gained To Drill Out Broken Hardware – Drill Out & Extracted Hardware – Re Assembled Components
- AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM – Complete Charge – R-1234yf Refrigerant,w/Front & Rear Unit – [Includes: Perform Safety Pressurized Pre-Charge Leak Test.] – [Includes: Air Conditioning system recover, evacuate and recharge.]
- ALTERNATOR ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – Gas – [Includes: Test.] – Installed & Torqued New Hardware During Re Assembly – Installed New Belt During Re Assembly – Required Removal Of Lower Radiator Hose
- Changed Motor Oil & Replaced Cartridge Filter, Added Up To 6 QTS Full Synthetic Motor Oil, Lube Chassis, Check all Fluid Levels
- VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – Gas Left,(Front)
- Replace Pads & Rotors, Clean and Lubricate Slide Pins & Hardware, Test Drive Vehicle
- Perform Vehicle Multi Point Inspection
- Mount & Balanced 2 Tires – Clean & Seal Bead Surfaces – Service Valve Stems Where Applicable – High Speed Computerize Balance Wheels – Set Pressures To Manufacture Specification
